My Championship had turned out great, I had planned to take the title for under 17 in the boys fleet and the girls fleet, and I managed to do this as I was really motivated and very focused." Despite 4 days of no wind, a change of venue (quite a logistical achievement) for day 5 and a final day of racing in Ancon Bay assured the organisers of a grand finale. Two full days of racing for all fleets - a total of 6 races for juniors and 8 for youth, senior and masters - ensured the Yacht Club Ancon of a party atmosphere for the closing ceremony and prize giving.
