The AGM of the Formula Experience Class shall take place on Friday 21st November in Cordoba, during the forthcoming World Championships.
The exact time and venue shall be published on the event notice board and on the class website.
The Agenda will include:
1) Welcome and registration of delegates/votes
2) Minutes of the 2013 AGM and any matters arising
3) Chairman's Report
4) Financial Statement
5) Class Rule changes: including proposals to add equipment to the Approved lists
6) Championship Rule changes
7) Future Championships
8) Any other business
Note - this is not an election year for committee.
A detailed Agenda, including proposals to be voted upon, will be published on the class website no later than 7th November.
Members wishing to make a submission ( proposal) to the AGM should contact the class secretary no later than November 1st.
Bids to host future championship should also be sent to the class secretary, and the option to make a presentation to the AGM will be discussed.
